| When this mask arrived, I quickly discovered that it was a women's mask. Since I am not a woman this is a problem. Mostly, this was my fault, as I was in a hurry and did not look closely enough. An improvement to the website might be separating the masks meant for men, women, and children into different categories. Also, the mask arrived broken. As usual, UPS did everything in their power to mangle the package into an unrecognizable mess. Upon calling the vendor, I was immediately given a full refund, no questions asked. All in all, next time I want a mask, I will buy from this vendor again, I'll just try to use different shipping arrangements. |
